If the piece you bought isn’s as you expected, you don’t like it or for any other reason and you want to return or exchange it, please notify us of this request by emailing annalisa@atelier712.com. You will be directly in contact with me, Annalisa Morzone. Contact us within 14 days starting from the day you received your good, we will send you the address for the return. Shipping costs involved in the exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer. The item must not have been worn, have any signs of wear and tear or have been altered in any way. Nor must it have been washed or show signs of damage. It must be returned in its original packaging.
