What are the shipping times?

Your order is shipped within 5 business days from your purchase. We do our best to deliver it to you as soon as we can, if your selection is in stock very probably you will receive it in 2 days if your are in Italy. Contact us for any doubt or if you have different needs

Your custom order is shipped within 5 business days from your purchase too. Contact us for any doubt or if you have different needs, we can try to be even faster.

How can I track the order?

Your order is shipped within 5 business days from your purchase. As soon as we receive it from the Express Courier we will send you the tracking number.

Can I return the product I bought?

If the piece you bought isn’s as you expected, you don’t like it or for any other reason and you want to return or exchange it, please notify us of this request by emailing annalisa@atelier712.com. You will be directly in contact with me, Annalisa Morzone. Contact us within 14 days starting from the day you received your good, we will send you the address for the return. Shipping costs involved in the exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer. The item must not have been worn, have any signs of wear and tear or have been altered in any way. Nor must it have been washed or show signs of damage. It must be returned in its original packaging.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Paypal but you can contact us if you prefer paying by bank transfer.

All transactions made on the site are highly secure. Paypal uses an SSL encryption system and that means that your personal and payment data are protected.

We can ship our jewelry in EU, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA and Australia.
