Refund policy

As a consumer, you have legal rights to change your mind and withdraw from the sale contract with atelier 7|12 di Annalisa Morzone (the “Vendor”) for any reason and without incurring any penalty within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received the products purchased from atelier 712.com

You can exercise your right to withdraw from a contract between you and the Vendor within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you (or someone you nominate) receives the relevant product(s) notifying us of this request by emailing annalisa@atelier712.com

When you will receive an e-mail confirming that the return has been accepted we will process the refund as soon as we can and in any case within fourteen (14) days starting from the day we received your refund request. The refunded amount will be the full amount you paid and by the same payment method you used in the purchase.

1 You have to contact us for the return quests within 14 days starting from the day you received the order;

2 the products should be returned complete and should not have been used or washed

3 the products should be returned with their original packaging;

4 the products should be returned to the courier within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day you transmit us your decision to terminate the contract;

5 the products should not be damaged.

All return shipping are at the sole responsibility of the customer as duties for potential loss or damage of the goods.

Your right to change your mind and withdraw from a sales contract does not apply in respect of customized or personalized products and if you don’t respect even one of the 5 points upper in this page.
