How to clean your BRASS jewelry
Brass is a metal that can change over time, it can lose some of its light and oxidize. Simply take care of it and it will turn back to its bright and shiny state!
Use a soft cloth and a cream based cleaner for cleaning metal or some lemon juice. Rub well and remove any residue with a clean cloth.
In order to best avoid oxidation, keep your brass jewelry in a closed bag that is protected from the air.
How to clean your GOLD PLATED BRASS jewelry
Clean your jewelry with a soft cotton pad and some alcohol.
Remember that it’s not recommended to wear jewelry when you are sleeping, swimming, or participating in sporting activities. Also avoid contact with perfumes and make-up.
The patina tends to disappear over time.The speed at which this disappears depends on the way in which the jewelry is cared for. Loss of the gold patina is a normal phenomenon resulting from wear and tear.

Silver, as brass, is a metal that can change over time, it can lose some of its light and oxidize with air and humidity.

You can easily clean your fine jewelry by using some mild dish detergent with warm water and then gently rinse it.
To maintain the brightness of your jewel as long as possible, we recommend to avoid any contact with humid or acid environment (water, perfumed soaps, alcohol, nail polish remover, fragrances, cosmetics, etc.)

Can I return the product I bought?
If the piece you bought isn’s as you expected, you don’t like it or for any other reason and you want to return or exchange it, please notify us of this request by emailing annalisa@atelier712.com. You will be directly in contact with me, Annalisa Morzone. Contact us within 14 days starting from the day you received your good, we will send you the address for the return. Shipping costs involved in the exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer. The item must not have been worn, have any signs of wear and tear or have been altered in any way. Nor must it have been washed or show signs of damage. It must be returned in its original packaging.
